Playful and curious small parrots, make good companion pets.  Enjoys having
a secure nest for playing and roosting.

In the wild, Quakers are prolific nest builders, so in captivity, too, they often
become protective of their cage, food dish or homemade nest.  Adapts readily
to most environments, making a wild colony or Quaker parrots an unwanted
occurrence in some communities.
Quakers are illegal is some states and highly regulated in several others.
